Synopsis

 
“SEALEVEL – Before the Flood” explores human behaviour in terms of scale and vulnerability, through encounters in locations across Europe which, due to climate change, will, in a worst-case scenario, lie below sea level in the medium to long term. What are our values and ideals? What do we need for a ‘good life’, and what spaces do we create for ourselves? And what are the consequences of all this – including for future generations?
